Who We Are

I am the Founder and Manager of MRI Syracuse – The Stratus Consulting Group, a recruitment solutions leader within defense and security, manufacturing and diversified outsourcing industries, with a focus on Systems Engineers, Project Managers, Computer Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Sales, Marketing, General Management, Plant Management, Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Distribution and Transportation TALENT. We specialize locally with manufacturing, and the defense and security sector, throughout North America in the document management, health care operations, armored car, and route based beverage delivery, maintenance and the textile rental service areas. One of our primary passions is to assist Armed Forces Veterans by helping them advance their careers.

I help a wide variety of companies from entrepreneurial organizations to Fortune 500 companies in identifying challenges, determining solutions and recruiting top talent to better position my clients for rapid growth.

My Experience

My recruiting background is supported by my experience as an Infantry Officer with the United States Marine Corps and thirteen years with Cintas Corporation, an industry leader in the uniform textile industry, holding various leadership positions from Plant Manager, General Manager, and Multi location Director in the United States and Canada. Prior experience and results with Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing methodologies has enabled us to embrace the MRI 24 Step placement process.

I am a Disabled Veteran that is a Life Member of Veterans of Foreign Wars, First Marine Division Association, Marine Executive Association, and Society for Human Resource Managers, Manufacturers Association of Central New York, and Textile Rental Services Association and have been active in volunteer work with such organizations as Habitat for Humanity. I am a 1987 graduate from Union College, Schenectady, NY.
